Their dry gin is spice-forward with notes of cardamom, coriander, and peppercorns. Balanced with manuka leaves on the nose and almonds for mouthfeel, the gin is double distilled and vapour infused with 8 carefully selected botanicals. It is blended with water sourced from the aquifer that feeds the clearest spring in the world, Dancing Sands Spring.
