Description
Lemon pepper has long been used as a flavouring for fish. It can be sprinkled onto salmon before grilling or used to make a compound butter for lobster or other seafood. It is also popular for use on pasta and on chicken wings.
Our lemon pepper salt contains dried lemon zest taken from our own lemon trees. No sugar and no additives.
Shop-bought ones don’t actually contain any real lemons, just lemon essence and yellow food colouring – taste the difference.
